The formats
Four building blocks, standalone or as a series
Each format stands on its own. Together they form a path from strategic entry point to hands-on application. We adjust order and depth to your team's level of knowledge.
2–3 hours
Kickoff for the leadership team
Leadership team and decision makers. Strategic direction, an assessment of the current level of knowledge, and the selection of topic areas and the right follow-up workshops.
2–3 hours
Practical AI introduction
Employees with little or no AI experience. Fundamentals, safe use, and a first use case of their own.
3 hours
AI for advanced users
Regular AI users. Building on prior knowledge, with an upfront qualification step so the group starts at the same level.
1–2 hours
Business Development Workshop
Management and strategy. Optional add-on: developing and evaluating use cases in a structured way.
Delivered in small groups, on site or hybrid with a Teams dial-in. Off-peak time slots are possible so operations keep running. Group size, scope, and format are agreed individually.

What the workshops are built from
Elaborated topic blocks that we combine depending on format and prior knowledge. No frontal lecture: every block includes exercises on your own use case.
Fundamentals
AI and data science set apart, methods of machine learning, multimodality, how models learn. Plus the topics that matter in daily use: recognizing hallucinations, data protection, and why a human stays in the decision chain.
Prompt Engineering
Core principles and method, a traceable step-by-step approach, weak and strong prompts compared directly, and best practices for everyday work.
Market overview
Who offers what: established providers, challengers, European alternatives. Licensing models, benchmarks, and which of it actually matters for your requirements.
Where the technology stands
How performance and cost have developed, where the race between providers stands, and how to separate expectation from reality.
Use cases and interaction patterns
Where AI actually carries weight inside an organization: recurring tasks, documentation, research, drafting. Which way of working fits which tool.
Maturity and prerequisites
What needs to be in place organizationally and technically before AI reaches the process, and how AI proficiency becomes a lasting part of the organization.

All participants receive a certificate of attendance, bilingual in German and English on request. It documents the format, content, and scope of the training attended.
