A modular path to sovereign AI

Not a catalog of ten independent AI offerings, but a client path: orientation, focused validation, production rollout. The modules build on each other. You do not have to go through all of them, or in a fixed order.

The entry point

Sovereign AI Starter

One offering on the outside, two stages on the inside: first a readiness check, then a clearly bounded implementation. The entry point is low. The fixed price for the implementation is only set once the readiness check delivers its findings, with a contractual exit point in between. That limits scope risk on both sides.

From orientation to operations

01

Sovereign AI Assessment

Goal

A fast entry point for organizations that want to use AI but first need clarity on data control, data protection, cloud dependency, or technical feasibility.

Character

A fixed-price advisory product with a low entry point, delivering a basis for decisions.

Content

Sovereign Knowledge Base Pilot

Goal

A concrete pilot: confidential documents get indexed, searched, and made usable with AI, locally or self-hosted.

Character

The primary pilot offering, and the preferred path to the product core.

Content

  • Bounded document corpus
  • Full-text index
  • Semantic search & fuzzy search
  • Local embeddings
  • Initial entity recognition
  • Source references

Local LLM & Automation Pilot

Goal

A local or self-hosted LLM takes over a concrete process, from document analysis to support to contract review.

Character

A technology and implementation module for use cases beyond the knowledge base core.

Content

  • Model and hardware selection
  • Deployment
  • Integration into a sample process
  • Testing and quality evaluation
  • Security/operations concept
  • Decision brief
03

Production Rollout & Operations

Goal

A successfully validated pilot is turned into a resilient, integrated, and operable solution.

Character

A commercialization and consolidation stage with recurring services.

Content

  • Technical hardening & integration
  • Roles, security, and operations concept
  • Quality and acceptance evidence
  • Update, monitoring, and support model
