A trial set-up, not a product. The agent works exclusively with the public content of this website, and it gets things wrong sometimes. Your question and the answer are recorded verbatim. Please do not enter confidential, personal, or customer-related content.

How it works, and what it produces
A start screen precedes the chat. Only your click there establishes the connection. Before that, no request goes out and nothing is placed on your device. After it, every message goes to an agent on a machine we run ourselves, and from there to an AI service outside the EU to generate the answer. We record your question and the answer verbatim and read them, so that we can improve the agent. The agent has no access to internal documents or customer data. What exactly is stored, and how to request deletion, is set out in the section "AI Chat (BKS Knowledge Agent)" of the privacy policy.
